the buttons were sewed on real loose and dropped twice already! thankfully, my sweet sister (she's seldom sweet) agreed to help me sew the button up hee =) still don't know what hair to tie later.. see la, long hair = too many choices!

24th december ; first day of the 2nd roadshow!

it was raining that day and i got soaked in the rain. for the 23092302th time, i'm gonna complain abt those unkind ppl in singapore! all of them had umbrellas (beside the poor me) and they didn't even offer to share an umbrella with me. WTF la, when i see someone without an umbrella and i have one i will share one lor! sw said its because it was raining => makeup melt => scare the shit out of ppl but my makeup is waterproof =D hahaha.

fell sick (high fever + manly cough) because of that. *sigh*

working with the gay again =D
damn nice, treated me to meals everyday i work day (out of 4 days, i worked there 2 days)

sales was bad, the crowd was pathetic as compared to the one at suntec. so we chatted away to kill time -_- but of cause, sell when there's people.. (in case my boss ever comes across my blog, i do check my blog in the shop!)

picked up my blue dress early in the morning, sent it for alteration because the straps were way too long! (altered each strap by 3") asked papa if i should tie up my hair, he said let down better!

quitted my damn job at the conceirge (yay!) but still pretty busy with work due to the IT roadshows :) one roadshow just ended on sunday but we are preparing for another one coming up on the 24th.. hee, pretty excited =D

i'm at work right now :D life's been pretty ok for me nowadays..

1 ) parents flew to myanmar; kinda miss them!! its the first time my mum is sitting on the airplane haha.. they will be coming back next wednesday :)

2 ) meet up with ryan more often and we watched movies (zombieland, case 39)

3 ) realized ryan is a total ball-less guy esp when we were watching case 39

ok let's start with the bad news, i broke my dior highlighter (limited edition), guerlain eye palette (limited edition), my almost brand new paul & joe face powder and a pupa eyeshadow. i dropped them on the floor at different times. heart pain la.. i don't dare to count what's the total damage. $200??? and i totally need to buy the P&J refill lor.. its a nice face powder T_T

no time (and energy) to blog nowadays.. have been working almost every day and reach home at about 11pm?? if i'm not working i will be sleeping till the afternoon, going out, and reaching home late again.

went out that day with br.. for the entire day, he was the xiao bai lian. he's officially broke and i'm the one paying for his meals and giving him money to top up ez-link card yada yada till his pay day (10th of every month, can't wait!) i was grumbling to him telling him that thank god i'm not a guy because i hate forking out money to pay for my partner stuffz/needs. then he was using this opporturnity to mock me and remind me of how i always make him pay for my meals -_-

when barry and i stand together, we look really funny. i always wear like i'm attending some wedding dinner while he's always in a ragged shirt and a pair of old jeans. and it doesn't help that i look so much older than him. i want a mature looking bf !!

camwhoring while waiting for the bus, went to NP's manhattan to eat. its our third time there?? there's a good promotion going on, spend $40 and they give u a $10 redemption voucher. we spent $35 hahaha.. and for weekdays before 5pm, there's these super worth it set meals (soup of the day, main dish, drink) fish and chips set which is equivalent to that of fish & co (quality and portion wise) at only $9.90!!

topped up an additional dollar for this yummy clam chowder (i think they call it fisherman's chowder or something) love!

i'm getting fatter by the day! been eating tonnes since i've been working.. esp when i'm working @ THE CENTRAL. most of the times the counter is pretty quiet so i'll either be surfing the web, reading, or munching (very very often) even when i'm full i munch, because i'm bored. finally i'm on off today so i'm trying to eat healthily once again, shall exercise later.. i don't wanna grow fat la.

it was a rainy day.. and i kept teasing him about it haha.

he keeps singing jay chou's songs lol.. i also sing with him. he influenced me, i used to dislike jay chou to bits.

afterwards, went to taka for a makeup haul! got some items but havent take pics yet.. basically a pressed powder from P&J, an eye primer from Sephora and a corrector (awesome stuff!) from Bobbi Brown.

doll houses @ watsons, MJ section! come to think of it i only own one MJ item which is an eyeshadow single. not that keen in their stuffs, too used to departmental store brands already :S
but might pick up more of their singles, i reach out for mine frequently because its such a natural color hehe.

these dolls are cheapo ones seriously. last time my hse dwnstairs econ got sell this kind of dolls, i see them as unauthentic barbie dolls.

this year's xmas deco are already up.. so damn early.

at one of my fav shops THE BOX trying out this pretty draped dress. didn't get it, but sandra got it eventually (the next day) the cutting is fab, makes one looks slim instantly when paired with a belt.

so glad that they finally got married. he's real old already, and his girlfriend (now wife) is a very cute and bubbly person. everytime there's family events she always whip out alot of funny stuffs like wet tissues, spray for the face etc. very thoughtful girl :)

almost all done now. waiting for all to be done so my friends can come out and gai gai together hee (:

decided to do things meaningful during my break.. i intend to play basketball again. preferably alone, as my skills must be fucking rusty now. i need at least 2 weeks to regain some form. i might want to learn some form of martial arts as well, i always feel that i've too much energy left unused. like my boyfriend, i'm really really active. lastly, i want to mend all the friendships i've left unattended for the past few years, starting from today! its quite interesting really (:

was talking to my ex bf J (boy, that was 3 years ago) he sounds quite different from last time already.. its either he grew up or i grew up, or we both grew up. he sounds more cheerful now, and i believe there will be better days ahead of us, as friends. & i chatted up with ZY, whom was once a very important and awesome friend to me. as usual, he's that kinda you ask one question he reply one statement one. i kinda cant forget all the good people have done for me, i'm so tempted to contact back my old enemy Ja. but i think he loathes me to the core though.. he was 22 when he hates me. i think he's 23 now so he couldnt have matured much?

trying to get my primary sch best friend chun hui's number!! i lost it in my previous phone. i MUST ask her out irregardless, i love her loads =3 and also, HL, elena.. my s1 days best friends. they were the ones whom listened to me cried, preach, emo, talk cock. miss those days much =D

i shall do ALL the catching up this holiday.. as much as possible. it will be a shame. to leave all the people whom cared for me once hanging there. i do miss their friendships, but just didn't have the time or courage to rebuild them again. so no matter how shameless i might sound, i want to make amendments asap.

life's been really hectic. its been ages since i went out (i think everyone taking O's are like that hahaha). i sleep late, wake up early to study. hardly eat (maybe one meal a day) which is 'good' because i actually intended to go on a diet after O's but my school skirt has loosened so much now. used to be tight even without folding, now i fold and its still droopy. have became whiter, paler (friends asked why i became so pale, probably due to the lack of exposure to sunlight a.k.a Vitamin K and unhealthy lifestyle) and its been ages since i got a haircut. hair is really long now, when i sit on the toilet bowl i have to bring my hair forward. complexion worsened, but is now turning better (i dont know why). i dont have time to pamper myself with masks or whatsoever, dont even condition my hair nowadays.

mum and bf was afraid i'll turn crazy. haha! my mum is really cute, most mums encourage their kids to study as much as possible esp slackers like me. but she keeps asking me to go to bed when i'm burning midnight oil. i told her honestly "can't la must finish, slack so long liao!" then she's like, "glad you know that". mum found work recently, meaning i've some extra chores to do without her being at home. good too! because sometimes these chores take studies off my mind probably for 5-10minutes.

bf was pretty nice. we hardly meet nowadays. but met him ytd for an hr + to have dinner and he was intending to teach me chemistry (but i ended up silently studying for SS instead). hehe, it has been 4 years since he took his o lvls but he still can remember. gaelan was awesome! he accompanied from 1.30 - 5++ ytd to do some chem revision. he must have been really really bored hahaha.

so how's my papers so far ? ? they are blah. o lvls isnt as scary/hard as i imagined, but the exam stress is slightly unbearable. i broke down a few times; and mum was shocked. she had always thought i'm the happy-go-lucky type. i am! but i'm living up to expectations, not mine, but others.

it is quite infuriating sometimes. everyone expects me to do well because i did not-so-bad for PSLE. i guess dad was pretty used to replying his friends with "good results" if they asked last time. i'm happy that i did make dad proud, and i think he won't be proud this O's. it will be nothing extremely proud to talk about, and might be even a shame to talk about it. but i know this time round, i'm living up my own expectations. i just want to go to a JC (YJC/IJC/SRJC). a JC which is near my house. i really don't care whether it is good or bad... all JCs will be taking the same final paper after 2 years anyway. i'm sure MOE also has QC while choosing educators right?! so why label JCs as 'lousy' or 'good'? probably due to studying environment.. ?

have i been hardworking this year? nope. in fact, i spent very little time studying for my O's. little days but long span of intense hours. i'm kiasu, even when time is tight, i really feel insecure if i don't do wordy notes or memorize everything.

anyway... i'll never EVER do last minute studying again. i'll be a consistent student after this, sheesh i really really cannot take the stress of rushing through my topics last minute. possible, but very stressful. many times, i smile to myself and urge myself not to lose hope and continue working hard. when time is short, you tend to turn desperate. when you turn desperate, nothing can get into your head as you're panicky. my suggestion ? play piano/sentimental songs. really calm down your nerves lotssss (my fav being Nothing's Gonna Change My Love For You)

Anw i don't really hold high hopes for the papers i took so far.. esp chem paper which i totally screwed up today, mostly not because of the lack of knowledge, but misreading the question. don't ever be like me in O's, i really felt like slapping myself. i gave long and complicated equations to very simple questions, which is what i call kay kiang (act smart).

still have Physics (hehe heng this one i never last minute :P) and Literature and HCL and Science MCQ left. i screwed up physics practical + chem paper so i've to score super well for Physics & MCQ. Literature is okay, i might even enjoy studying it. I'm totally a humanities person I SWEAR.. I actually even enjoyed studying for SS. While reading up on Venice, I googled to learn more about the histories of various significant Doges. YA LA i'm this bo liao hahaha..

yes i love this truckloads and i'll very very possibly be getting the pink version also. the material is awesome (i really don't think the pixellated images at the site do the clothes any justice, they all look MUCH lovelier in reality i swear!) and it is self manufactured by Beau Affaires which means that you won't find many people wearing the same piece as you do when you're walking on the street.

can be worn 2 ways! as a halter, or as a tube. though i very much prefer it as a tube hehe :)

$19.90 only! i love the color.. a pretty nude pink color (which is really in trend now) that matches easily with my wardrobe. bought it at AMK, i'll be going back to the shop next time when i'm in my shoe-fetish mood again.

i also bought a pair of very gorgeous earrings, a HUGEEE white flower hairclip and a pair of skinfood's nose masks for br that day at AMK. did all of this within 1hr, scary. cannot go for those short shopping sessions alone, will buy alot haha!

since young, mango was an exotic treat to me.
i hardly get to eat them, and its only once in a blue moon that my ah kim mummy will cut up some mangoes for us to enjoy. it was a delicacy.

i love the taste of mango, but when people ask me what's my favourite fruit, i'll say "orange".
that's because i think i had not eaten enough mangoes to justify my love for it. abit paiseh leh, tell people mango is your favourite fruit but end up you hardly eat it.

after sometime, i grew up. i realized i can buy fruits for myself, and not just wait for mama to buy for me to eat. one day, i went out with this friend of mine. we decided to get some dessert, and i told him to do the choosing.

he got us a bowl of mango ice kachang.

don't get me wrong. there's nothing special with the bowl of mango ice kachang he bought.
it was just a typical, unappealing bowl of ice kachang from this unappealing food court at IMM.

br & i went to vivo city together for the first time & we went to sushi tei for the first time.

so dissapointed with The Time Traveler's Wife (movie)..

1. cut short the book alot, and making the storyline flow too fast
2. seems like the movie is only meant for ppl whom knows the story, as the storyline is utterly confusing
3. too many kissing scenes, time consuming and fucking boring
4. henry is kampua ugly..

i think he looks slightly better in photos, but in movie really not handsome. from the book, henry is supposedly a more boyish looking and skinny boy.. eric bana?? gaelan told me he acted as the before "HULK"... which is true.

Freshkon Colors Fusion in Sky Blue

due to the cosplay shoot.. i "earned" a free pair of freshkon color lens in sky blue.

it wasn't as alienish as i thought but me no biggie fan of this.. but i learnt what eyeshadow colors flatter blue eyes the most. mainly, i use silver, grey, and today i tried a shade of blue 2 shades darker than my eyes, voila!! it was lovely :)

in reality, it doesn't look this green. more like a sexy kind of blue color. didn't really like it (honestly) but i lost my own contact lens in fort canning & i didn't wanna fork out money to buy a new pair. but no i don't like freshkon colored lens, i feel like an ah lian..

a very beautiful shade of pink that flatters fair skintones by playing up their pink undertones. according to br, it is one of the best shade he had seen on my lips. the SA was right :) but its a moderately "loud" color so i think its good for the days whereby i'm lazy to jazz up my eyes..

finally finished my tube of dior mascara.. its getting pretty dry already *thank goodness* and my kate gel eyeliner is now dried up like !#$^$*%($.

i like this liquid eyeliner, it is really dark and glamorous as it has those sparkles which are not visible from far but when closed up, can be seen. the brush is relatively easy to use too, and i don't think it flakes or smudges on me.

the mascara on the other hand is quite good, i like how it effortlessly reaches my inner eyelashes and how it adds sufficient length, volume, as well as darkens my eyelashes. works better with a mascara base though (i'm using MJ Lash Bone and together with that, it totally creates a falsie look). without a mascara base, it opens up the eyes and give fluffy looking lashes which is quite sexy.

everyone does has their own hobbies. that includes yourself, and your other half as well.
sometimes, your loved one is so preoccupied with his hobby that you feel that he's ignoring you. that is true, that is true. i'm also guilty of that, like when barry spends too much time obsessing chinese chess/spends too much time playing draconica and ignore me (or at least i think he is doing so), i get pissed.

but sometimes it may just be yourself being too overly demanding.
i admit, i'm a demanding girlfriend but i'm trying to change for the sake of less quarrels and more happy times. i do have my own hobbies such as going to the gym, modeling etc and barry never does restricts me from doing what i love. he's always either giving me support, or just don't care (hey sometimes this is a good thing) so it isn't fair if i treat him in such a possessive mannar, hence i give him his own free, person time (he calls it "Barry Appreciation Day") and encourages him to go out with his friends or do the things he loves.

sometimes its not just about clinging on, its about understanding and letting go. he's like a kite, if you cling on too hard, he may fall.

if we are going to be together for a long, long time and we're always quarelling over such insignificant matters, life is going to be hard for the both of us. and a few years down the road, you will realized what you did was immature, and possibly, childish (i always look back and see how unreasonable i was, haha!)

each and everyone has their own hobbies, their own dreams, their own perspectives. and as the person whom has to be beside him all the time, its just a given that we should give them our fullest support, and not restrict and constraint them together with their potential.

barry and i are very different. but that doesn't mean that he has to do what i like, and i have to do what he likes. and that also doesn't mean that he restricts me from doing what i like, because he doesn't like it, or i restrict him from doing what he likes, because i don't like it.
(okay i know the above sounds abit confusing, but you get my point)

(I don't really like how barry obsess with chinese chess as a matter of fact, and i reckon he don't like male photographers snapping pictures of me as well)

we both trust each other and we understand that both of us will not do anything silly.

the most significant value that bonds a couple together is trust.
next, comes understanding.
without these traits, life will just be unbearable for the two of us.

give more, and take less in return.
don't always think you're the noble and sacrificial one in this relationship, though it is natural if you feel this way (I do, sometimes)

always remember what your other half did for you instead of what he never does.

too lazy to update nowadays, now whr shall i begin haha.

prelims are finally over! as of last thursday. i didn't really study for all the subjects so i'm not that confident for all. but one thing for sure, during the day itself, i treated the papers more seriously than prelim 1. i treated prelim 1 like a joke, and i thought that was pretty stupid as i cannot have an accurate gauge of my own standard.

neoprints on the 29th, our 2nd consecutive week of taking neoprints. i've realized heeren is a good place to shop, saw 2 dresses that day that i might want to pick up soon. but i love korean clothes from FEP esp! if only they weren't so expensive.. :(
korean clothes are darn cute & not as overwhelming as jap fashion.

barry loves the 2nd pic the best. he thinks he looks really cute with the "hat" which i feel resemble banana skin.. but i really think he looks very cute here, not in the right way though coz i look like his mum. at this rate people will think we are having jie3 di4 lian4 =_="

now, my Sheryl Nome cosplay outfit. it was tailored just for me, but i think the girl at haru cocked up and took the measurements in the wrong mannar. its damn loose, even after putting fashion tapes all abt the shoulder area it will still slip. but i think this outfit is great coz its not as overwhelming as many other cosplay outfits.. (actually i find it kinda cute haha) but i assure you i'm still quite paiseh when i walk on the street with the fanciful wig (blonde with pink streaks) if this was japan.. people won't give a damn. but SG.. i saw people whipping out their cameras T.T but it was a refreshing experience for sure though, and the PGs were all really nice :)

its abit messy though, esp if seen from the back becase i have to put plenty of hairclips and hair wax. but i still love it lots! i've received praises from strangers when i wore this hairdo out on saturday to town~

watched this show today. 3 consecutive sessions for this show were full, madness really. but i understand why, because this show is awesome! it is really really hilarious, long time since i've had laughed so unglam-ly. bf enjoyed it lots too (: thank god we still have pretty similar taste in movies (beside the fact that he adores HARRY POTTER and i don't) this is actually even better than "the ghosts of girlfriends past", much more hilarious. and i loveeee the male lead in this show who's acting as Andrew, cute :D hehe.

watch this show! totally worth it!

sooo long since i've camwhored with br in a neoprint machine.. eons already, really. he told me he doesn't enjoy taking pictures.. but from the pictures, you can't really tell. he's really spontaneous and very "daring" with his expressions/poses (in terms of acting gay and putting down his manly dignity)

i don't know why the last 2 pics i look like i've got boxed in the left eye.. the neoprints look fine though haha! lousy scanner of mine :D

anyway i really adore my new guerlain palette!! i did smokey eyes with it today and i love how sheer it is so i can layer the colors slowly. coffret d'or's summer collection is out @ taka already.. i'm gonna nab the blue/green palette next month! plus i saw a pair of nude pink bandage heels i like alotttt at cineleisure. $49.90 though, pretty hefty. but nude pink is so easy to match with clothes :(

anyway br & i are really broke already so we spent very little $ today! *beams proudly* i brought out tonnes of biscuits to snacked on though.. super sinful. i can't bear to count how many calories i've consumed today

I feel quite happy when I open my drawer for keeping my cosmetics now.. It is soooo darn neat! I tidied up everything a couple of days ago. I realized my cupboard will soon be insufficient to keep all the cosmetics I have. I found out I actually have alot more lipsticks/lipglosses than I think I have and many of them are forgotten -_-" But fret not, now that I've tidied everything up, it will be so much easier for me to choose my point makeup when I'm doing my face ;)

Guerlain is my new love!

This just arrived in the mailbox. I love it! The packaging itself is so pretty and classy.. Reminds me of Lunasol but I actually prefer Guerlain's packaging better. Can't wait to try this out soon :) Can already think of what looks to do with it already..

I've sort of grounded myself for a couple of weeks ago.. I thought it was good that I have more time to study/exercise/rest on weekends rather than going out to play :P

manhattan fish market

this was opened in northpoint just recently and my mum brought back some leftovers a couple weeks back and it was craving since then. there's some set lunch promotion on weekdays from 12pm - 5pm so me & br headed there for sinful lunch today hehe :) i was debating real badly ytd coz i'm on a freaking diet yet i soooooooo crave for this...

the "soup of the day" was none other than cream of mushroom..

sooooo very predictable. i was hoping for "clam chowder" or smthing but you know this kind of cheapo (not really that cheap) / budget set lunches.. they usually come with cream of mushroom. same goes for pizza hut, just that the one at pizza hut is SUPERBLY terrible. it is like the cheaper version of campbell mushroom soup. ew, but like what br said.. what can you expect for $6.90 (referring to pizza hut)??

some of the yummy dishes available.. but we didn't realy have a variety to choose from as its a set meal. barry ordered fish & chips ($9.90) for the entire set) while i order something that is not in the damn main menu for ($10.90). barry's fish & chips was nicer!! the fish is uber tender beneath and very crispy outside.

i can't decide between fish & co's and manhattan's fish & chips.. i'll say both are very similar and pretty good. just that i like the atmosphere @ fish & co better, but that aside, fish & co have no such promotions i think and its more exp.

the seafood platter on the other hand, as confirmed by cq, manhattan's seafood platter is better than fish and co's. i've yet to try manhattan's though.. only tried fish & co seafood platter for 2 before and the serving is HUGE.. its the only time br & i can't finish our food :( we both eat like pigs btw, or at least i do.

i'll say try this.. esp during weekdays from 12pm - 5pm. pretty worth it as the serving is HUGE (br and i will share one set meal next time, we were both really full today). our bill was $24.45 include gst/service charge. not that bad i'll say, if we share next time it will be cheaper hehe.

breakfast - NIL
lunch - 1 papaya
dinner - 1 bowl of chicken/vege/scallop porridge & 1 bottle of yakult
total calorie intake: approx 370 calories MAX

after mugging, went to the gym @ night and worked out.
estimate amt of calories burnt: approx 400 calories

the average amt of calories i burn each day if i just lie on the bed and do nothing shld be
1100- 1300 calories (but i think i've pretty high metabolism rate so maybe even higher)

if i keep this up i will definitely lose weight. but heck it i feel like eating manhattan fish market tmr with br :( but its uber sinful..........................

censored my face coz it look so screwed (very tiny eyes, due to me smiling too much i think)
oh and screw it i gained like 4 kilos.. there was a period (before the mds compe) whereby i was only 43kg, and BOOM i'm now 47kg. its quite obvious when i do piczzz comparison hence i'm trying to cut down on my insane diet HAHAHAHA. just came back from jogging in fact *beams proudly*

my other outfit ytd~ AE's Michael in Lilac. it is very pretty to look at (gorgeous color, grecian feel) but it feels so tight and uncomfy below the pits due to my large ribcage.. but i'll keep it, its too pretty to sell haha.

patience is certainly not my virtue. i almost cursed and swore infront of sakae sushi today. (actually, i think i did curse and swore)

waited for more than 30mins outside.. and my bf was acting magnaminous by letting others behind us to go and dine first, coz only the "bigger" seats were available. but i wasn't angry with him, its really the only sensible thing to do. there's only 2 of us, why do we need a table for 6-10??

the reason i was cursing is because some people had already finished their food, and were still seated at the table, staring blankly or chatting away happily. HELLO?! can't you see the entire queue lining up outside, starving like hell?? inconsiderate shit i tell you. you can do that during non-dinner times when there's no queues, but please do consider how fucking hungry we are and get your butts out of the seats.

there was an ugly couple (fuck la, they are really ugly i don't care and what they did irritate the shit out of me) and they only bought a pot of vegetable soup. the ugly girl was eating, and the ugly guy was stoning. the ugly girl eat fucking slow, and if thats not enough, the ugly guy complained to the waiter later that the soup wasn't hot anymore (in a very impolite mannar actually) like as if his shitty gf eating like a tortoise is the waiter's fault. the pot of soup needs to be on FIRE to ensure that it stays warm till the gf finishes it lor seriously.

even when it was finally me and br's turn to be seated, they were still slowly enjoying the pot of vegetable soup which was rewarmed by the waiter. screw those assholes, they left a LONG time later.

i was mad whilst waiting for my turn. i glared at everybody, and eventually shouted, "FUCK so fucking long. i shall go look at bras" and i turned away from the queue and went to look at young hearts bras, cooled down, then walk back.

i'm damn grumpy when i'm very hungry. but i was never inconsiderate. me and br finished our food in less than 20mins and once we decided we were full, we asked for the bill immediately.

(the bill was $46, which br and i decided wasnt worth it. i was never a big fan of sakae after i first tasted sushi tei) and we decided to try the fish market on weekdays instead :) promotional set meals from 12pm - 5pm i think.

br was an angel, he bought me a jumper from m)phosis today. not the one i initially wanted, he said that one looked ugly. another one which i may upload the pic later. i love it ! its really stylish and sexy, the price tag was horrifying though, $70+. i bought a pair of comfy black heels to go with it (this, i paid myself) i love my new pair of heels truckloads! i love the shoe shop @ northpoint. i saw alot of pretty wedges and i can see myself buying more when i have the $$$. i shall upload the pics of the heels soon, i got them @ more than 20% off, the original price being $49.90. i paid about $36?? worth it! love it!

my calculator is spoilt *sigh* so was studying SS instead ytd night. actually i love reading more than practising maths. easier for me seriously, i'm always a "word" person. and i finished 3 novels already! *beams proudly* they were really nice. but i kinda regret coz i ran out of stuffs to read haha, so no choice must mug already.

ytd was 070809 and you get all the digits at 12:34:56PM. alot of fun stuffs happen this year, first the eclipse and now this.. i will like to view this from a positive light :D

heee taking some time off while practising amaths :)
i'm quite happy today.. and damn it i tend to slack when i'm happy. maybe i shld find things to go super emo abt so that i can study. i learnt something new ytd. the cold doesn't matter when you're feeling bad. you will be so deeply immersed in your own thoughts that your physical surroundings matter no more. its weird how the mind works, we always seem to find the smallest things the priorities in our life and forget to look at the bigger picture.

its like how everyday we are busy working/studying.. but we never realize how fragile life is. how and easily we can die, and this can happen anytime/anywhere. A taught me to live life without regrets! i think i'm pretty much doing that now :)

i've stopped doing shoots already till after o's.. and turned down a few events and shooting projects as well. how i wish i can say that turning down events don't matter to me, but in fact they really do! i'm so damn keen to try out events! hope that there will still be offers after o's.

when did i venture into this 'modeling' thing.. its all thanks to ryan boey, my ex-best friend (we fell out after an argument, but i still super adore him and is waiting for the day whereby we'll make up haha)

the 2nd shoot ryan did for me :) the first one was @ bottle tree park and it was pretty horrible.

this was in April..

why did i wanted to shoot out of the blue? hmm, that's probably coz i've always thought of myself as unphotogenic. its only after i venture into this i suddenly hear photographers telling me i'm photogenic. haha! but till date i still think i'm pretty unphotogenic if it comes to taking those casual photos.

ryan said i needed more practises and i was determined to improve in terms of posing. hence he introduced me to clubsnap, whereby i just randomly posted up a thread at the "newbies corner" to offer shoots. wrong place to post the thread la.. my thread was deleted with 5minutes but i had numerous offers. i still remembered the title, "free model" or something haha! then i was quite naive that time and i was telling ryan the numerous tfcd requests were probably due to the economic crisis as all the photographers are rather poor now (hey i think it still makes some sense LOL)

so my first shoot was with Mike, Cheng and another photographer (i can't rmb his name, sadly). Mike contacted me, and invited his friends along. I was late that day as I went to SASA to get falsies, and the SASA lady was helping me to put on falsies. till date, i am still unable to put on falsies though i've 2 pairs lying around =x i'm still pretty much a mascara person.

first shooting venue.. TCC cafe. hehe, i earned a free drink.
it was shooting in public, literally. strangely i didn't feel really that embarassed though it was pretty much in the middle of orchard road. but i didn't get 'high' also (a photographer friend of mine told me some models just feel high with all the camera/flashes surrounding them coz they feel like a diva, quite funny really) my emotions were a mixture of being nervous and excited.

P/S: they were complaining about my fringe then haha! but i still receive complaints about my fringe till date =.=

i forgot whom i was smsing. i think it may be the photographer i was meeting afterwards.

after that we went to another cafe @ chinatown. the atmosphere was really taiwanese feel :)

haha i think they still prefer my floral dress =P after that we bid goodbye and i was set off for my next TFCD, with another photographer.

haha mark came to pick me up @ chinatown. we set off to bugis to find a shawl.. which we sadly didn't manage to find any and got a floral scarf instead. the place we were headed to will probably be the prettiest place in SG i've been in my entire life of 16 years.. its a place in punggol, and we call it the "lallang field". its near punggol beach, which we headed to later in the evening/night but till date, mark showed me NO pictures from the beach before.

very very beautiful place. my mouth was wide open when i reached.. i've never came across such places in singapore before. (click on the pictures to admire the scenery =P)

haha i was very happy shooting there. the warm sun was pretty comfortable, and i was daydreaming sometimes when mark asked me to smile and look @ the sky. the only problem will probably be the numerous number of insects (esp mosquitoes -_-) there. i also saw an ant hill haha :) i'll love to turn back time and be there again. i'm sure i want to shoot @ this lovely place again, probably end of this year with A. (shall go suggest to him)

i lost xm's necklace there =_= and eventually, i gave her the scarf too as i don't think i'll have any use of it.

(anyway the floral dress in the pictures is from Agneselle =P, but i sold it already because some of my friends told me it looks too puffy on me)

the next day, i had another TFCD. this time with khangwei. due to my inexperience, the results were pretty dissapointing though so i never did upload any of his photos into my multiply site.

it was also the first and only time i had a makeup artist for a shoot. the makeup artist was carol, a very pretty and sweet-looking girl (which i knew afterwards that she was actually Miss Earth) i didn't like the look though, as it made me look like a panda. i think i just can't pull off smokey eyes due to my dark circles! such a pity, i hardly have people doing my makeup haha! and till date, i'm still noob when it comes to smokey eyes. hence i always use light/pastel/natural colors on my lids.

khangwei was a really nice photographer as well. i learnt some poses from him, the way he demonstrates the poses were kinda funny haha! but it was good la, coz i can copy the poses from him just by looking at him and not listening to descriptions which sometimes i don't understand. afterwards, i got to know he's a really nice guy as well. i'm so lucky lor, i always meet the nice people!

later that day, i had a tfcd with another photographer whom the results were dissapointing IMO as well. i think its a personal preferance thing, because my friends found them okay but i thought i look like a bulldog. no pictures, because i didn't save any :P

i think the next week, i had another TFCD and with a very experienced photographer called Mike. he was a really nice person as well (wa piang eh i surely repeat the word 'nice' a zillion times whilst typing this post) he really delivers.

i tried curling my hair that day but the hair curler sucks. before i left home my hair was stick straight again. hence, i try to add "volume" to my hair by using hair wax. ahum.. did it work? you judge for yourself lor.

if you guys noticed, i'm always wearing the same one-sided heart-shaped earring. br bought that for me super long ago @ the price of $13.90 i think. i really love it.. till date i still wear it out all the time when i'm not too lazy to change my earrings :P

i did a tfcd with a pair of friendly photographers called Ah Boon & Sam. strangely, me and sam are pretty much friends now and we do hang out regarding non-photography purposes. he feels really protective of me coz he tells me i look pretty stupid (seriously i'm not) so when i meet up a photographer i didnt know, he was like the secret bodyguard following us from some distance behind. i'm really thankful! he really makes a good friend~ ah boon on the otherhand is pretty funny. he always looks for "inspiration" when he's shooting hence always snap very few pictures only. and his idea of "candid" shots = zooming in @ some chio girl and secretly taking pictures. HAHAHAHA :)

nehneh, my first time climbing a tree literally. and i realize i actually ENJOY climbing trees hahaha! it was also the day i bought a hair curler from vivo (Jose Ebers 25mm, $160)

i also did a shoot with Joel, whom is now also one of my friends. we seem to talk about anything BUT photography. frankly speaking, i really don't like jo's pics HAHAHA. he's better off shooting events, plus he's totally not keen to shoot TFCDs nowadays as he wants to earn $$$. his citibank shares are killing him :)

i look like shit here, but i find it one of the more meaningful pictures due to the beautiful sunset.

did a tfcd with Jay @ an abandoned hut. i was really really dirty after the shoot that day haha! its the first time my boyfriend complained that i look really grimey. grrrr! it was trying out a new kind of 'me', something cooler and not so sweet :P

barry loathes the last picture. he was actually angry with me coz he said that was a slutty expression which i said he was being totally ridiculous coz i had my clothes on. then we debated for awhile and he said one day i'll -> bikini then -> lingerie -> nude. i asked him to go and die hahaha but i promised him not to make anymore slutty expressions then after =.=

brought mark to the same place as he was scouting for new locations on 30th may. he bought a new flash stand to play about with :)

i have to make a confession, i really like mark's pics la! even when he's experimenting with new stuffs his pics still look good. sometimes its quite miraculous (IMO) coz a normal guy stands infront of u, holding a camera, yet the products aka photos look really awesome. i want to be a photographer too! shall save up for a dslr after my o's :)

i cant believe i told everything to br ytd night. he went thru the same issue as me before.. earlier when our r/s was sour. i asked him if he wanted to leave me, he said no. i asked him if he loves me, he said yes. i asked him what is love, he gave no answer.

i can't believe i'm typing such emooooooooooooo and ew posts seriously. but i feel so fucked up today still. i'm such a contradicting person. why do i want to choose to keep something in my heart which i gain nth from and only makes life more unbearable?

i found out i felt better by swallowing water. weird, probably it is just swallowing my tears.

life's not always peaceful, smooth, happy. i really never thought about stuffs like these probably coz i'm still young and life is quite happy and smooth for me so far. i have a happy family, sufficient friends, a comfortable life, and a boyfriend.

my boyfriend is like a bridge over trouble waters. he's like a safe harbour whereby i can turn to everytime i feel lost and rejected. when i'm crying he's the one holding me in his arms asking me not to cry anymore. sometimes its quite horrible coz the reason why i'm crying is actually for another guy.. does he know? i'm not sure, i think somehow or rather he do. does he loves me? that i question sometimes. he's a very honest and truthful person whom have no ill-intentions (at least to me) but putting that aside, i think he's a rather immature and confused person sometimes (like getting scammed off $1300, always being a pushover and being cheated). i have no rights to complain though, i've never been an absolutely great gf. but frankly speaking i'm able to handle situations better than he does, and i'm able to think better than he does most of the times. but maybe that's why we are together, we balance out. when i'm too serious, i need a joke like him in life to assure me that i still can do something 'wrong' once in awhile (like encouraging me to take breaks when i'm studying haha)

do i love him? i really don't know. i don't think i will know till sometime later. but i do care for him. i do worry for him, i panic when he gets into troubles. i call to check to ensure that he's taking good care of himself. if he's feeling unwell i'll definitely get him liang teh, same goes for him when i'm sick. is that considered love? the longer i'm with him, the more i realize i don't know what is love. am i too young to realize what is love? or am i the kind meant to be alone?

ever since he went into army, i've been practically living a 'single' life. when we just started out, we can hog on to the phone for hours. nowadays, even 9mins seems pretty long already (though the average timespan we talk on the phone is about 20mins+) i realize i can take care of myself pretty well. i'm pretty independant, i'm not the kind whom needs a boyfriend to text or rely on most of the times. maybe this is when i realize maybe he's not that important to me in my life. is he? i'm not sure. or it is just that i'm the kind whom should be single and i have been doing the wrong thing all the time by dating.

i feel joyful when i'm in love. but the kind of joy i felt long ago is different from the kind of joy nowadays. the kind of joy i felt last time when we just fell in love is joy when i see him, joy when i hear him, joy when he cares for me. the joy i feel nowadays is.. just joy. happiness coz i'm feeling happy and we're doing something silly, like dancing or singing to a song together.

the kind of comfort i see in him is different from what i see in other guys. if i like another guy, i try to keep him interested in the conversations but with my bf, i can just remain quiet and we will both still feel happy. we can go to a rooftop of a mall, sit on the bench, our backs lying on each other and still feel comfortable. when i'm infront of him, i think i can dig my nose/fart in ease (he does that too la, i'm not the only disgusting one here) coz i know he will still love me no matter what, maybe he knows that i will love him too, no matter what?

i've always thought that it will be impossible for us to get married, have kids, live a happy life after that. he's far from what i see in a guy. i need someone mature, secure and reliable. he's a far cry from that. i know that i'll probably marry another guy, or probably remain single for the rest of my life. if he proposes to me now, i'll turn him down without thinking twice. why so?

i don't know. i wish there's a right and wrong answer.
i've always thought i'm pretty mature, but sometimes i'm really just a little girl.

MDS models quest pictures are out, and i look horrible la. Seriously, literally. I think I look like an old hag hahaha plus I look super stiff and "forced". Frankly speaking I was really nervous plus it was my first time modeling for apparels, and I didn't especially enjoy it as much as I enjoy organized photoshoots. I love photoshoots! I am very happy when I'm doing photoshoots esp with the PGs I know~

longer faces means its not so flattering to shoot bottom up unless you know the angles really well. bottom up can mean making the face looks longer.. and obviously, i dont have a very perfect face shape.

i only know of very few photographers whom can get my long face's "bottom up" angle right.. some of the pics which play with such angles.

i'm just gonna stick to photoshoots after O's.. if I ever open my blogshop, i'll get my PG friends as the photographers lol.

haha br bought me this pearl hairband ($5.50) from Helen eons ago.. love it :) very blair inspired hehe. never wore it out on sunday though, i find putting on hairbands uncomfy :(

i love my curls that day! initially they were tighter curls but after a few hrs they turn into loose waves. by the end of the day they are just slight waves, thank god my hair looks wavy all day long and not back into their original straightness~

hehe i love this dress's cutting and color.. siao my mirror is very dirty la hahaha.

tried a "sweeter" makeup look that day. just a light dust of lilac and pink eyeshadow with some purplish white shadow at the lower lids. baby pink blush + baby pink lipgloss. after that highlighted my tzone + cheekbones with a pale pink highlighter.. i love the dior highlighter! i apply it almost everytime i go out coz it gives my dry skin a dewy look, plus the packaging is uber prettinessss.

one thing i learn after applying on makeup for the past 1-1.5 years is sometimes.. less is more. too much makes you look like you're a wayang/performing ge tai. and i can NEVER do smokey eyes right :(

for prom night + whatsoever you girls can hire me to be your MUA for free okay!! (apply to friends only haha) i won't turn u all into something hideous la, i'll start experimenting on sw after o's LOL. (she's like the only willing experiment, anw im gentler than sandra for sure LOL)

haha sunday was pretty cool. my first time going to the kbox!! and i kept turning on AD coz i really go out of tune so easily without a voice to follow.. when i tried the no-singer version when i'm alone i was laughing at myself (literally) coz i sounded so funny in the mic. really out of tune to the max! i think i prefer singing without mic, i think my vocal isnt THAT terribble. plus i never do like my voice be it thru mic or phone or recordings.. sounds really ew. M sings really really well, i like listening to him sing "gu dan bei ban qiu" and "guardian angel" by hong jun yang. he's one of the rare male friends (or rather my first male friend) whom sings well. a very good example is my darling bf, whom singing is pure horror. when he sings he really makes me laugh my ass off, coz really OOT to the max.

wanted to watch transformers.. but the 3pm+ slot was sold out (neh neh no hot meagen fox booo) so we watched the haunting of connecticut instead. hmm, pretty good show. at least i didn't cover my eyes throughout the entire movie! usually i do that for most movies which involves ghosts. i can stand really really gory shows la, saw 1234 watched without fear (and i was even laughing) but i really cant stand horror movies with ghosts in it, regardless of how unscary the ghost is. but what i learnt from the show is that ghosts are not the real demons ard, humans are!

i don't know why i'm still keeping a blog.. a blog is nothing. it is not a place whereby i can express all my thoughts as who knows who's reading.. the person i'm cursing/raving abt might be reading my blog although i think he/she isn't. my blog is turning really superficial and all, maybe i'll just lock it with password and start expressing my real thoughts and feelings.

oh well, 18th july!
went for the audition @ mds which was located somewhere at tanjong pagar. i had a tough time finding the office as i took the train to outram park, and after asking numerous people and still not being able to find the place, i took a cab. thank goodness it only cost me abt $3+, i always feel my heart break when i take a cab. must be due to the 'upbringing' by br, he always discouraged me from taking cabs last time and it's now kinda stuck to me. it was my first time doing studio shoot. haha.. i really don't think im cut out for modeling for apparels already. there's many new "restrictions" which i didn't have to follow when i do photoshoots. the main idea for apparel modeling is to bring out the beauty in clothes, and not the beauty in you. not used to the idea.. :P
good experience though.. learnt some new stuffs, regarding modeling & people.

met up with clique after that. didn't manage to purchase any ethnic costumes.. kinda good also coz i find it a waste of money. if i ever ever have to purchase ethnic costumes, i'll want to get a kimono. i'm a total kimono fan coz i find jap girls look superbly adorable in those thick layer of clothings, and looking as if they're gonna fall and tumble down any moment.

haha we were all quite bored that day. i think that's the problem with going out in large groups without prior planning. conflicting ideas and hence nothing will be done/get done. when going out with the entire clique, the best is to plan some outing! at least we all know what we are doing. for those normal day outs i prefer going out with 1 friend only... hehe :)

after that met up kenneth (alan's friend) @ orchard to go to Haru @ fareast plaza to get my measurements taken for my cosplay shoot outfit. i'm supposedly going to be dressed up as a girl called Sheryl Nome from the anime Macross Frontier. no, i haven't watched it before haha.

the outfit i'll be wearing:

kenneth ordered the wig as well, which cost about $75. i was joking with gaelan that i'll totally look like a bimbo as the wig is blonde with pink streaks of highlights. the simple outfit which consists of the green off shoulder and black shorts cost more than $100+. i felt heartpain for kenneth.. but he seemed expressionless haha. alan said he's very passionate towards anime :) that explains. i saw shakugan no shana's uniform for sale at Haru :D if i ever had to cosplay, i'll probably purchase shana's uniform or just a random sailormoon-like uniform from Haru (i saw a pink one which looks uber cute) but i find it pretty pointless as there's probably no chances to wear it out unless i'm keen to parade in it at home =.=

hehe shopped abit after meeting kenneth. i love love love korean apparels. fareast has quite a few shops selling korean apparels and this is one of my favourites. but the prices are so bloody exp hence i've never ever gotten anything from there though i pretty much like their clothes.

my first meal of the day.. at night (was rushing abt all day long, no time to eat) : salmon omelet rice i think. gaelan had okinomayaki (i hope i'm spelling this right, too lazy to google!) and i think it is quite yummy hehe. feel like eating it soon.. my omelet rice is soso. don't really like the rice coz its too mushy for my preference. i prefer "harder" rice :) & i finished my food first!! damn i eat sooooo fast. after that i bought another donut from chewy junior hahaha! i eat soooo much.

finally my prelims are over a few days ago. not that it matters coz i really really didn't study at all. seriously i must stop my slacking soon, next week onwards, promise! (okay i super mean it this time though i say this everytime but i think i really mean it this time)

i've this craving for sashimi again after watching some food show on tv just now.. called br and he promised to take me to sushi tei next weekend. i love sushi tei's curry chicken rice!! the chicken cutlets are really really heavenly, at least the one in vivo is. i'm such an expensive gf to keep lol!

went shopping alone today. hehe i've been going on mini "shopping trips" by myself, on wednesday and today. just short trips to the mall to get something and to breathe some fresh air. it sucks to be cooped at home all day so i enjoy walking abt and sometimes take the mrt to meet some seller at smwhr far away. is this normal? i think it is coz i have friends whom enjoy quality time with themselves as well. i think it is a good time to reflect and just daydream away.

i got my freshkon alluring eyes contact lens ($22, best deal so far!) , a pair of white ballet ribboned flats from DMK ($21.50 after 10% VIP discount using eileen's IC no. haha!) , some very convenient hair stick whereby i can set aside my hair while putting on makeup ($3 from pasa malam). i hate shopping for shoes, i really really can't decide what to buy. i love heels but they're such a pain to walk in, and i like shoes that can go with practically every outfit. i love the nude heels/flats from korea sprees nowadays but i'm just too lazy to join & i'm super afraid i'll get them in the wrong size. i'm seriously not a "shoes" person haha! i love my new flats though, very cute and simple. shall take pictures soon :)

i realize i'm a super clumsy person. i keep hearing people say singaporeans are mean/selfish etc but imo, singaporeans are awesome!! that's probably coz i did alot of dumb things and always receive help from them.

incident 1:
a few years ago, i wanted to take the mrt but don't have enough $$$. a person behind me gave me 20cents more so that i could take the mrt.

incident 2:
i had my hand trapped inbetween the mrt doors, everyone around me in the mrt was gasping and tried to pull me out but i pulled my hand out quickly.

incident 3:
i was running into the mrt and i fell flat right outside the mrt, at the door. everyone in the mrt was practically streching their hand wanting to help me, but i quickly shift my super painful butt out of the door's way. a guy coming out from the mrt picked me up and asked me if i was alright.

incident 4 (aka today):
my coins dropped out of my wallet and were scattered at the end of an escalator which is going down. very very hard to pick up my coins coz there's so many ppl and the escalator just kept sweeping my coins hahaha. the people walking down quickly kicked the coins for me down as they came down from the escalator so that i can picked them up. an aunty even told me to take care of my bag as i threw it at one side and some people wanted to stop and help.

singaporeans are awesome la!! not to mention the numerous times i got lost in orchard road (which is very stupid of me) and i've to ask for directions.

still having some dry coughing.. sigh i am too lazy to eat my medicine regularly, plus they taste so yucky. have been surving on 1 meal per day this week.. lost my appetite. so unlike the me whom always binges haha :) but good too, i need to shed some weight before the MDS audition next saturday.. anyway mds called, i got in! hehe, i promised mum i'll give her $500 if i manage to win.. but quite difficult as i see quite a number of pretty girls in there. i'll curl my hair i think (; but one thing i'm not sure is should i curl my hair next sunday??

haha i'm always with straight hair.. kinda boring plus i think straight hair makes me look more tired. but curling means that i've to start dolling up maybe 45mins earlier coz i'm really slow when it comes to styling my hair, and i'm afraid the curls won't last the entire day too!! grrr, will be getting a hairspray soon.

my mum drives me crazy sometimes. came home today after the paper and couldnt open the wooden door, started knocking and knocking but she nv open. called ah pa to check if she's home, ah pa ask me call ah ma house to see if she's there. called ah ma hse, she's not there. started knocking harder, almost slamming the door but no1 open. then went to my neighbour's house to oil the key, coz my lock/key have always been sot. oiled the padlock and key already still can't fucking open! called papa and asked if mum fainted, super worried already. then my neighbour continued knocking the door and she finally open =_= she was chanting. wtf!!!!!!! i called her so many times la. abit pissed coz i got so damn worried for nth and she was telling us we shouldn't be so kan chiong.

i was already picturing this scenario: she ate too many panadols, fainted in her sleep. and if she locked the inner lock also, it means cant open the door from outside even if i knock down the door! then must call police and they have to climb up to the 10th floor and go in via the window to save her out.

fuck i'm go gonna throw away all the panadols i have in my hse later to get a peace of mind.

AND I LOST MY WALLET FOR THE 495839583958 time.
i'm gonna go to the police station tmr to file a report, pray that i can get it back. coz there's not even a single cent inside.

sigh.. i fell sick.

let's talk about ytd first. i've kind of stopped shooting/modeling already as the o's nearing. then ytd, mervin had a last minute cock up. hence, i went there with kenneth to host the shoot. it was pretty fun, kenneth's always really quiet. but actually he still can talk quite abit. i like running around and changing models and collecting money =) hehe. and the girls ytd were adorable, vivian looks cutesy in reality and liting was really friendly. mel .. not first time meeting her already haha :D

was sneezing quite abit when the shoot was ending. and before night time, it was already sneezing and coughing. by 10pm, i seh already ~.~
went to the doctor and got some medicine. i hate going to the doctor coz i personally feel that it's a waste of money.. but mum won't tolerate such nonsense. she's really sweet =)

all the models ytd were really tired but they still did their job well :) mel was very slightly late and i helped entertain anson's group for awhile~

Lately, I'm totally obsessed with basics! In just June alone, I've bought a biker jacket, a cyan cardigan from cotton on, and today, a pink knitted cardigan.

I went back to check out this top many times. I knew that $32.90 for such a simple top wasn't quite worth it but I LOVE THE COLOR. It is like the perfect shade of pink IMO, and lovely cutting. Hide the fats perfectly~ Anyway I kinda fall in love with THE BOX clothes already. My 2nd piece of clothing from them :)

Check out the black shorts I'm wearing, $5 from COTTON ON only :P it is kinda loose though it is in the smallest size (it is tagged 8, i asked the salesgirl but she said thats the smallest size already which is quite ridiculous coz i have a pretty large ass and it is still pretty loose) but nonetheless, very comfortable~

Doggieshoot Charity Drive

Doggieshoot photoevent organized by chris to help raise funds for charmaine.. i offered to volunteer to help with the doggies on the first day. haha i got to meet alot of cutesy furballs~ quite back-killing but really fun and meaningful.. as i get to help someone in the midst of learning new skills; like how to handle dogs better, etc.

the following photos were nt taken by me, 'coop' from romeotango (i totally don't know his name lol, i'm bad with names) so credits to him!

it is a petstore in bukit timah area called "the doggie saloon" i think. the petshop belongs to sharon's sister-in-law's sister whom kindly agreed to lending us her shop for FREE to carry out this charity event.

that's christopher, the photographer! very nice and friendly guy, and he takes awesome photos (no kidding)
setting up the lighting equipments.. those things will look so foreign to me 3 months ago. but nowadays i even know the terms of such stuffs already.. flash, lightstands, tripods, reflector, diffuser etc haha. and that's me in the above picture, sitting there reading "the time traveler's wife". siao i'm like so unhelpful here right! the truth is i didn't know how to help coz the men are all busy at work..

the short-haired lady in purple is sharon! she's a very chatty person.. all the people here are dog lovers btw. beside the man in the beige color top. i think he probably might loves dogs, but he's kinda inexperienced when handling haha! he's a very nice guy as well :)

i'm always the very gentle kind with dogs. when i'm talking to dogs i'll use this extremely soft and feminine voice and i'll stroke them gently. but after saturday, i learnt that some dogs.. can't use this method. they won't give a damn -.- i don't really like scolding dogs though.. haha. i'm a sucker for those lil furballs, and the big furballs as well.

raised close to $2000 within 2 days.. really must thank the other helpers and chris alot. could tell he was very very tired after taking all those photos. when you take pictures you're not just using physical energy, must use your brain to think as well. hmm i'm pretty speechless.. there's really people in society whom help others without asking for return. those i met on saturday are people like that. *touched*

we got hungry when we reached northpoint so we bought 3 riceballs @ $2.50 and one onigiri @ $1.60. we both love jap food alot, so it is always a joy to go dining with him! then we walked and exchange mouthfuls of riceballs and concluded that we can actually do this if we get married. cheap and yummy, plus filling as well!

lately, he's obsessed with guinea pigs and rabbits. he was obsessed with hamsters but he find guinea pigs and rabbits more huggable and playable. and he was telling me how much those cute lil things look like him and i go =_= he was telling me how adorable jack russels are too. gay shit, my bf is a gay!! argh!!

OH AND HE WANTS BABIES AND MANY CHILDREN!! ew shit. i thought girls are usually the one asking for kids. NO NO NO FUCKING NO. kids will obstruct my lifestyle! won't have kids till i'm 31 unless my hubby is freakingggg old and i've no choice before he turns impotent! :(

pink parade! we all wore pink coincidentally on saturday.

saturday was a fucked up day but i'm not gonna preach about it here or it will be like those typical girly blogs whereby i curse someone and adjust the font to "smallest" and you have to zoom in to read / copy paste the entire passage on to wordpad to read. i believe that if you fucking wanna scold somebody, you should put "x-large" and not "smallest".

want scold scold la! if want scold must put BIG BIG let the whole world fucking know, if not just don't post!

i really don't know what to blog about today and since i'm in the mood to grumble, i'll grumble about things i hate people doing.

1) asking me what i'm doing. if you ask it once, still can be forgiven. but if u keep asking you really piss the hell off me. what i do has fucking nth to do with you, and if you're trying to start a conversation by asking "what u doing" i'll tell you it is pure lame fuck. if you realize, i always reply people "nth much" because i really don't wanna reply.

sometimes whilst i'm chatting, i might be digging my nose, farting, watching porn, and it is not like as if i'll tell you =.=

and i don't like it even if barry asks that ! because sometimes when he ask that, he is accusing me of being distracted and not replying him fast enough. but then again, i do the same to him as well tsk.

2) seeing people spitting out some gooey saliva things in public. fucking gross to the max! esp hate it when youngsters do that, esp those ah bengs. even if that guy is cute the first impression is gone case to the max already. don't you know it is a turn off to do that, ewwwww-ness to the max.

3) lecturing me! especially when i already know i'm in the fault/partially in the fault. i really hate lectures, i find them a waste of time especially when i know i'm in the wrong already. i mean the reason to lecture is to ensure the other party knows that he/she is in the wrong, but when you lecture when he/she knows that oneself is already wrong, that is a waste of time, for me and for you as well. so please, save your time and your tongue.

4) people poking cats/dogs. stop doing that before i fucking poke ur asshole. sua gu to the max, never see cat/dog before meh?? i won't find it so kuku if u poke elephants at the zoo but dogs/cats are bloody common. plus i know how it feels to get poked, you feel irritated and pain sometimes. spare a thought for the animals you fucking arse! (i really feel like slapping people when i see them disturbing animals)

5) people smoking infront of me. i really hate ciggs, i hate smokers, but it is damn sad that some of my friends are smokers. thank goodness they know i hate smokers and always siam far far to smoke when they're out with me. but sometimes i wish there's some shortcut to change them like causing such a trauma that they never want to smoke again (like probably burning a hole in a guy's dick using a cigg to ensure that he will never touch a cigg again as the cigg is the thing that made him lost his manhood). the most irritating thing is they know that smoking is bad for them but they still insist on doing so. isn't that just dumb? *sigh*

that's 5 for today. i know i'm talking crap now but wow i do feel better after venting out displeasures! lawls.

i hardly listen to chinese songs.. but i super love F.I.R
was singing in the mrt ytd when i was with br, to kill time. then we begin singing songs from quite some time ago.. like 5566/cyndi wang debut albums. it brought back memories, different memories for both of us though as we didn't know each other back then.

still rmb i listened to "wo nan guo" when i was very young with my cd player at night, then i'll turn emo and cry to myself. (not to mention i had a huge crush on sun xie zhi LOL)

anyway, I LOVE GSS!! i dig cotton on man, their stuffs are soooooooooooo cheap :)
i got a pretty light blue cardigan and a pair of black shorts, at $5 each only!! my mum bought 3 basic scoopneck tees & 1 racerback at only $5 each as well. barry bought berms at $30+ (non-sales item, sadly) and a polo tee at $10 only :) i bought quite a number of clothings.. when ryan lend me his dslr i'll take pictures :D

anyway i had a squabble with barry ytd, about morality.

we were paying for our stuffs at the cashier @ cotton on. then the salesgirl said the berms was $29.90, and i corrected her, saying that it was actually $34.90. she double checked and bingo, i was right. barry was unhappy with me, he felt that he could save $5 if i wasn't such a big mouth. then i was so angry with him! i told him we shouldnt cheat other ppl, esp of their money. and i told him his mum will be very displeased with him if she knew what he did, but he told me his mum will feel the same way =.= then i told him that we were brought up differently then, my mum tells me not to take advantage of others.. and i told him it was immoral to do so.

then we started debating.. from spellings (ting xie) to cheating off pple money.. then to the final question he asked me.

"So if you had to choose between killing 1 person and 20 people, which will you choose?"

i told him i'll kill that 1 person if it means i can save 20. but he told me that killing one person is immoral already so that makes me an immoral person. (he told me this question has been debated for centuries already)

wtf who will debate over one such stupid question right! (although i do know there's more behind just killing, literally, this question is actually quite a deep question) so does it make you more morally right to kill 20 people?? obviously no! but when one has to choose between 2 options, one has to make his/her decision wisely what. i'm talking about practicality here, FFS
(anyway i'm assuming that the 21 people are all innocent people whom do not deserve to die)
*FFS means for fuck sake. i've been using this veh often nowadays.

and after that i got sick of arguing with him, i strongly still think i am right! (regarding the cotton on salesgirl and the stupid question) i got grumpy and ignored him.. till he apologized to me. sometimes i really feel like smacking his face (which i did) coz he behaves like a total bastard. ARGHHH =_=

anyway br & i dined at mr curry at the central ytd :) i think i kinda like that place, won't mind visiting again for sure. Mr Curry is opened by Waraku btw. barry had some curry in a bread bowl thingy while i ate curry omelet rice w/ shrimps. we shared a chocolate and banana ice cream parfait which was yummy too :)

i quarrel with them very often (nowadays not so thankfully) but i've always love them alot. kids my age always make their lovers and friends the priority in their lives, but the truth is your family will always be the ones there for you.

it is my 2nd time @ fish & co.. i loveeeeee the food :)
barry ordered a new york fish & chips while i ordered just fish & chips. i like mine better, coz the ny fish & chips has cheese in the fish & i'm no big fan of cheese :(
we shared a drink together as usual (their "freeze" drinks are HUGE) we tried mermaid freeze last time (and it was super yummy!) hence we tried jungle freeze this time. a mixture of lychee and pineapple i think.. not so bad, but i prefer mermaid freeze better. we paid lesser this time, bill totaled up to be $42.75 (i'm gazing lovingly @ the receipt now) the previous time we ate there the bill was $60+ coz we ordered seafood platter and soup of the day.
p/s: i love the white sauce!! fries dipped into that = loveeeeeeeees. the chilli sauce was kinda weird though.

anyway ghosts of girlfriends past is an awesome movie!! i totally won't mind watching it again, very meaningful and funny. but barry needed some explaining after the movie by yours truely as he didn't really quite get the idea of the "ghosts" in the movie. watch it people!!!! no regrets :) one of the nicest movies i watched this year (or maybe the nicest actually)

this 2-piece dress is manufactured by bonitochito.. pretty :) i wore it on saturday after the shoot.

with a black satin inner slip, can be worn as a dress itself!

this is the paris floral dress in ember from agneselle.. doesn't really fit me though :( shall go on a weight losing mission first haha.
